Very simple recipe, but i love it soo much!

All it consists of is a can of tuna (for best results use the tuna in spring water or brine) drain it and add a generous helping of tomato ketchup, mix this up till you get a near paste consistancy. Mean while set about toasting a few slices of bread. Once toasted apply the tomato/tuna paste to the bread to make a toastie, et voila!

May sound disgusting to some but don't knock it till you have tried it!

Very Simple and very tasty, plus can be made very cheaply!

Not keen on tinned tuna! I do like banana and syrup toastie though. :-)
