Downloading that is all you need to do. It's a hack version of Mario Brothers, using the engine from Super Mario Bros. The Lost Levels. Actually, on like a lot of hacks, this one is almost identical in terms of functioning controls to the old SNES Super Mario Bros. Very creative level design. It's pretty fun, if you're ultra bored.
