I just reformatted my PC and am gonna start backing everything up and downloading most of the backups.

If the server chugs a little bit it's likely under a little strain from all the activity. Additionally Thursday (10/25/07) it may be down for an hour or so in the morning.... whenever I crawl my sorry ass out of bed.

Issues involving the SQL server and database we host on are being worked on.

Things may chug for a while or AO may simply not load at all. I apologize for the inconvenience. If you spot any GLARING issues or are having problems performing normal forums actions, please post a thread in the report/ support section so it can be addressed.

edit : if you ever see the user "metal-test" online you can expect things to go goofy at any time. He is my test dummy.... and even the best test dummy sometimes gets FUBAR'd in a crash ;)
