[California Foreclosures Are Back With A Vengeance] - April 22, 2009
"We knew it was coming, and now it's here...the return of California's foreclosure crisis."
"Default notices surged 80 percent from 75,230 for the prior quarter to 135,431 notices in Q1 2009. That's also up 19 percent from the first quarter of 2008. This is a new all-time high for any quarter in DataQuick's statistics, which go back to 1992."
"Now you may say, well, these are default notices, not foreclosures, and we've got that great Making Homes Affordable adminstration plan all ready to help all these folks. I'm wondering just how they're going to handle these folks, let alone help them. According to DataQuick, the bulk of the loans were originated in late 2006, at the very height and most desperate frenzy of the housing boom, when lenders were trying to get everyone and their brother into a new loan. I wonder how many of those loans are now so far underwater, given the huge home price declines in California, that no modification is going to help." ... cont. at link above
--------------------------------------------------------------------
For every day that passes, and the word "repent" is unspoken by her public officials, multiply her disasters and plagues by ten fold, compounded daily.
Such will be the suffering of the great state of California, that nothing like it will have been seen since the founding of the United States. Let her land boil with turmoil,
until not even the animals remain. Descend upon her ... the plagues of plagues, the deserted ten.
Flee from her, for her calamity is great, and her sins are piled up to Heaven.
[My signature here last year, beginning on March 7, 2008.] The date given, was when gold was discovered in California.
In only seven days from publishing this signature, the powerhouse brokerage firm [Bear Stearns collapsed,] and the seeds of the [credit crisis] began to sprout.

Pakistan’s repeated denials notwithstanding, there is a growing international credence to India’s position that terrorist groups backed by Pakistan’s Army and ISI, if not by Islamabad itself, were behind the dastardly Mumbai attacks last month. No amount of President Zardari’s and Prime Minister Gilani’s statements denying involvement are going to lend credibility and there is a world-wide condemnation of the Mumbai terrorist attacks and their epicenter in Pakistan because all the countries are exposed to the menace, especially given the global reach of the Al-Qaeda through its network of jihadi cells http://news.indiamart.com/news-analy...ack-20552.html

A good guess on [October 2, 2007 ?]
[Embedded Video deleted by Youtube]
Today on CNBC, I heard a talking head say that "armageddon was off the table."
I wonder what table she was talking about? The table of desolation?

On to the next issue we may all have to deal with as well.
Russia may face wars on its borders in the near future over control of energy resources, a Kremlin document on security policy said on Wednesday.
If it isnt the global recession we face a flu pandemic then corrupt leaders then climate change and then possible energy or a holy war.
Which one will get us first i wonder.

Here are my predictions for 2009 (I'm very late!) so, for the latter half of 2009:
(I'm pausing now to summon my full psychic energy)..........
1) OPEC will open itself to a new currency - which bodes ill for the US greenback;
2) Iran's Ahmadinejad will be re-elected as president;
3) No Israel / Iran conflict but things are shaping up for possible conflict in early 2010;
4) A 6 point earthquake off the Northwest coast (oregon/Washington/North California) - probably September;
5) record breaking wildfires in the US;
6) we receive official word that Osama Bin Laden died years ago;
7) Small meteor strike in Northern Canada (no deaths) but significant damage;
8) Redwings win the Stanley Cup;
9) Economic woes deepen for the US - official unemployment rises to 17% - large news paper goes under;
10) No war between Pakistan and India - the Pakistani government does hang on - by a hair;
11) China announces major gas deal with Iran which really pisses off the US;

The state of confusion almost fell apart last year, immediately following hurricane Ike, so I'm not sure how big you mean.
[Dr. Greg Forbes,] Severe Weather Expert at the Weather channel described hurricane Ike ...
"I cannot recall a more extensive swath of damaging winds from any storm! It's not unusual to have wind damage for a few hundred miles inland of a hurricane making landfall. But this swath of damage wound up being about 1600 miles long along the dog-legged path, and about an average of 200 miles wide! Within the swath lies an incredible scene of widespread trees and power lines downed, some falling onto homes and vehicles. Some buildings collapsed or lost roofs from the winds alone."

An interesting coincidence, or what some might call a "miracle" has occurred. Recalling my previous references here, that I used a hummingbird last year to help determine where hurricane Ike would make landfall. This year I decided to put out my own hummingbird feeder, as the one I used for Ike's forecast didn't belong to me. For days I waited to see if one would appear. I set it outside my office window, so I could watch it most of the time. I even used a bit of surveyor's tape to help attract the flying acrobats, but to no avail. Then, on the first day of the 2009 hurricane season, the first one appeared.
Many would call this just a coincidence, but the odds were against the appearance on that particular day.
My message is clear and unwavering. Nineveh was spared, not because of an increase in government spending.
Very soon, many cities, nations, and institutions will be marked for desolation. "Religious extremism" is what men do, but what God Almighty can and will do .... is beyond "extreme."

There are many things which the state of confusion has yet to fully explain to the people.

How difficult is the concept of repentance? This isn't the first time the animals have helped me. The hummingbird's timing was a reminder for me, not to be afraid and to move forward with my message. The animals stand ready to assist me in any manner of plague.
Repentance, however, can stem the tide of disasters which are waiting in the wings, and which will make themselves known.

It's amazing when you think about it, isn't it? That strange Garden of Eden story has come callin', once again. The very thing that once destroyed an entire race through what some would call a myth, has once again presented itself as the likely trigger, of our demise.
And who is speaking to us, telling us that we won't live forever, despite the cross? That serpent ... all over again.
The beginning of the story is just like the end too, with Cain and Able, and all of that. With the mark on the forehead, given to Cain as protection. Only instead of God Almighty giving the mark to Cain, it will be His adversary.
Only those who know the story, and understand the true meaning behind it, will have a clue what is really going on. Everything, will be an attempt to undo what the cross has already done. This is the riddle, and the mystery, of why the staff with the serpent ... shall be our undoing at this juncture in history. It's Big Medicine ... all right.

This house of cards began with California, and it will end with them in a great shudder. It is an enormous powder keg, but the fuse is still burning.
The state of confusion has only one card to play right now, and that is to print money and give it to the banks, or whomever is deemed "too big to fail." Well, isn't the eighth largest economy on earth, just a little too big to fail?
This is a problem, which if ignored, has at least as great a potential to collapse the entire U.S. economy, as [AIG.] Yet, this isn't being discussed publicly, because our government is so afraid of creating more panic, however legitimate.
California's debt can only be self serviced with bonds backed by the American Taxpayer, or else they'll have to pay much higher interest rates to the private sector that will shut down any hope of recovery and/or repayment. After all, who is going to insure these bonds? Not only that, but how will they compete with the U.S. Treasury, which is set to auction off a mammoth amount of debt next week?
[Treasury to Auction $104 Billion In Debt Next Week, a Record] - By: Reuters | 18 Jun 2009 | 03:36 PM ET
It's a vicious circle right now. The government hands the banks money, they in turn buy the bonds that the treasury is issuing, the treasury then repo's or buys back the bonds, and on and on until the house of cards collapses, precipitated by a simple puff of wind.

They didn't "misread" the economy. They merely underestimated the power that moves against it.
Money alone, will not fix it .... .... not this time.
