I don't know, but in Jamaica, the emergency number is 119. Go figure. Also, we have as our national emblem, "out of many, one". Jamaica's is : "out of many, one people".

I predict that if I don't die first, I will do my utmost to make it to Jamaica this year. Last year without any trips there was a total bummer, to put it mildly...but there was a lot of personal shit going on with me that I hope things will be better, at least with me, in '09.

I seem to recall that during the late 1990's, the WORLDS financial institutions jumped on the mega merger band wagon to form the biggest banks and insurance companies in ORDER to compete on the GLOBAL field that was then being developed.
With the knowledge that war in the Middle east was forthcoming.
The International banking system was fully aware of the U.S. over exuberance, as Alan Greenspan was already warning of it in the late 1990's.
The U.S. was not to remain on top, as a financial giant. The reigns were to be returned to the European house from which it came.

I had a dream the other night, that a police station inside a large U.S. city came under attack by brazen men in the streets who were wearing bandannas. I was surprised by the nerve of the gunmen, who shot out most of the windows in the multi story building on at least one side.

The reason this dream is interesting to me, is because it is not what I would of expected in my waking thoughts. This is a key indicator I look for to determine if a premonition is valid or just my mind drifting to this or that possibility. I remember being surprised inside my dream to what I was seeing, mostly because of the brazenness of the attack, which happened at night. I do not know for certain what city this was. I saw no blood or anyone hurt. I simply saw most of the windows shot out, and the police under siege, at least at that moment in time.

Whether this is a real event that will take place, or a general condition arising from this or that circumstance, I'm not sure. The dream didn't specify many details. The keys are the bandannas the assailants were wearing, the fact that the police station was multi story and located in a big city, and the curious brazenness of the attack itself.

I would encourage law makers to immediately readjust how money is spent to preserve and protect, beefing up units that fight violent gang activity.

There should be an immediate shift in priority if you are to head off what is coming. The surprise was the brazenness of the attack, which suggests to me that you will be unprepared.

There is a big difference between premonitions and plagues. I had this strange dream within a day or two of Christmas '08. I don't report many dreams here, but the [last one] came true, also. This is the worst rioting in the U.S. involving the police, since the [Rodney King episode,] which occurred back in 1992.

Keep in mind that this story wasn't [reported nationally] until well after I posted the dream, AND [the video] that sparked the riots didn't surface until even later. [Full Length Version]

I encourage the protesters to use only peaceful means to make their voices heard. The result will be much stronger. Violence will never create lasting change and turns off the average citizen. Whereas, peaceful protests will invite others to join and have sympathy.

2008 was the year the world economy crashed, never to return to its former glory in our lifetime. It was the start but 2009 will be the year that the rest start to take place and so it will continue until our emergency has spent itself out.

Still it is a strange coincidence in the numbers.

If you watch this video of Dr. Gray's forecast last year, he makes a curious statement towards the end. He says that no one can predict where a hurricane will make landfall. He should of said, "no one, without God's help."

Ya know Raptor, even those that don't hold the scriptures in high esteem, could learn a few things from these verses.
They could atleast acknowledge the facts that there are some staunch warnings about earth changes in the bible. Some of them like other ancient cultures that also record some pretty wild earth changes. We know understand through our understanding of gamma ray bursts that stars do fall from heaven and sometimes hit our solar system and earth.

The bible holds more solar and geo physics than people give it credit. Good preacher with a backgroud in physics can help people understand more.

Decreed by whom? Answer that, and you'll have part of the answer to your question. Who "decrees" these desolations?
