The New World Order - Pope (Anti-Christ)

I have been studying the end-times and trying to find out what we can see today that is linked to Armageddon. One thing I checked on was the quote from The Book of Revelation: paraphrase: "He who has wisdom, let him count the number of the Beast. For it is the number of a man and that number is six hundred and sixty-six".

To simplify what I found was, that most people think the number is 666. But, it is not. The number is actually 36. And to link it to the Anti-Christ (man), I linked it to a Pope that will be named John Pius I. John Pius I adds up to 36. Because John would actually be the 26th Pope named John, and Pius would be the 9th Pope named Pius and + the I. (26 + 9 + 1 = 36). If you count from 1 to the number 36, the sum of 1 + 2 + 3 + 4....+ 36 = 666.

Interesting theory, but one question... if a pope is the anti-christ, who is the anti-pope?

The pope certainly does look like he could be the Anti- Christ. But it was my understanding that 666 was actually describing Neron Caesar the Emperor of Rome at the time when The Book of Revelations was being written and it was describing the end times for that time period.

Awesome theory though, especially if the anti-christ comes from within the church.

The pope is not the AC; the Flase prophet - maybe.

Anyone can throw numbers around until they magically sum up to the number of the beast; however, this is simply mental gymnastics. You can make numbers and scriptures say whatever you want them to. People have been doing that for years. Show me somethin new and MEANINGFUL!
