Kinda Scary
About 5 years ago I moved in with this girl out in the middle of no where. She told me of some strange things that happened at certain times, at exactly the same time every time they would occur. The first strange thing was that the alarm clock in the bathroom would go off at 2:33 a.m. every other morning.
The next strange thing was whenever I would be alone in that house I could feel this strange feeling like someone was watching me or like right beside me. It was always really cold when ever I had that feeling too. The strangest thing was one night I woke out of a deep sleep to see this woman figure to be hovering over our bed. I thought nothing of it at first but, as the minutes passed it sunk in.. This had to be some paranormal being. When the woman faded away, I was never so scared in my whole entire life,. Strange as it may seem, I was never really scared until the woman disappeared. I looked at the clock and it was 2:33 a.m. I usually never had any kind of belief in ghosts or other things along those lines. I suppose until you experience what I did that day, you would be skeptical too. Just wanted to share that with everyone.

That is amazing. Does your gril ahve any idea who it could be? Any history about the house could have information about anyone who died in the house, maybe she was announced dead at 2.33am or something.

I used to be a skeptic about ghosts aswell, but in my old house there was a ghost of a man who used to be quite mischievous. He used to "live" as i called it in the washroom and would once a week come out and try to cause mischief. Id always know if he was out because that washroom door would be ajar slightly as like a sign he was out. The radio would switch on suddenly (A radio plugged in but the switch on the plugs were switched off and the radio on and off button was switched off) sometimes the kettle would switch on, theres nothing scarier than hearing a roaring noise behind you getting loud. Once when I was home alone and awake at 2am downstairs in the living room, my tv suddenly switched off and I saw a shadowy silhouette of a man in stood in the hallway reflected in my tv, when I looked back it was empty, i explored the house and checked all windows and everything was locked and secured...except the door to the washroom.
I never got a sense of threat from this ghost however, and I used to sometimes talk to him if stuff started happening and they would stop. I think he was just a bored ghost who liked to play pranks but ultimately didnt want to scare me too much, I even firmly believe he used to protect our house, sort of like a house guardian. Im usually a skeptic on all things paranormal and so I wont ask any of you to believe me, just thought id relate some of my own experiences and hopefully, one day you too may experience something that allows you to believe!
My point in this post was to try reassure you MetadetH that although shocking, these sorts of experiences dont have to be negative!

Could you possibly give history on the house? Maybe do some research, find out previous owners? How old is the house? If it was built in the Civil War period could it have been a slave hideout? I would deffinatley do more research, good luck.

I once lived in a haunted farm house. The house was over 100 years old.
Every night at the same time, it would sound like a man falling down the stairs that led to the basement.
After hearing the sound, we would check, and there was nothing there.
Funny thing was, the old guy who lived there before us, died by falling down the stairs into the basement.
Other things happened there too, such as when my mother was there alone for a week, she would wake up, and the heavy 6 foot wall mirror would be laying face down on the bed beside her.
Strange happenings indeed.
