There's been a similar theory going around for years in the Jewish and historical communities vis-a-vis that the plagues and the Exodus was directly related to
a near by volcano eruption and the ensuing environmental effects.
It's been on the history channel a few times...can search there if you want.
It's all very plausible and can be backed up with detailed archaeological and
geological findings.
Interesting video and concept per your original hypothesis. Anything is possible.

Really you need to look him up and read "God is Red" by Vine Deloria Jr.

Then maybe we can have a conversation, because this isn't new. Oh yeah Velikovshy publised "Worlds in Collision" in 1950. That might help you...

I will check it out.................MY book started as a soil science book. See soil is the weakest ecosystem on earth small changes in moisture or bio activity can have large global effects. I solved the puzzle of glacial growth by explaining the key elements that change the soil. The rest of the stuff just lined up and fell into place.
