Eric Holder, when questioned about miranda rights and trials for terrorist, said that Osama Bin Laden would probably not be caught alive. I find that speculation interesting as I have always suspected that we did not want to catch Bin Laden anyway and here we have the AG - saying that we would probably not catch him alive. How convenient, as finding and catching him alive could jeapardize the whole 911 story.

"March 16 (Bloomberg) -- Al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden is unlikely to face trial because he probably would be killed before being captured, said Attorney General Eric Holder.
Holder made the comments at a House Appropriations subcommittee hearing today after being pressed by Republican John Culberson of Texas on whether bin Laden would face a civilian or military trial. Holder, testifying at a hearing on the Justice Department’s budget, repeatedly clashed with Republican lawmakers over the Obama administration’s handling of terrorism cases.
“The reality is that we would be reading Miranda rights to the corpse of Osama bin Laden,” Holder said. “He is not going to be alive.”"
